Julian Ives has over 30 years' experience in the legal arena and has been involved in contentious work throughout that time. He was formerly Head of Commercial Litigation for a large North West practice and joined Knowles Lawyers Limited in Liverpool in 2003 to build on his specialist areas of work in construction, engineering and related professional liability cases.

KEY STRENGTHS

Julian is experienced in construction and engineering litigation and arbitration, professional negligence claimant cases, company litigation such as shareholder disputes, claims by and against directors, injunction and asset tracing claims. He is an Accredited Mediator with the ADR Group and has acted as Arbitrator on building and engineering claims.
