Systech Solicitors

Offering a truly unique legal construction service

Systech Solicitors work closely with commercial managers, claims consultants, forensic planners and experts from Systech International to offer contractors an innovative and cost effective approach to legal services.

Our legal team delivers both contentious and non-contentious advice to our clients during the whole lifecycle of a project from early involvement in the planning and drafting steps and day-to-day contract advice, to the unfortunate eventuality of a dispute requiring formal resolution through arbitration, litigation or other alternative resolution methods.

Our legal professionals can be appointed under flexible arrangements, including short or medium-term secondments where they work at our client’s chosen location and become part of the project delivery team.

Our solicitors, counsel, advocates and paralegals, who are all regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales, operate across multiple jurisdictions in both civil and common law systems.

A number of our lawyers also sit as part-time judges, arbitrators or adjudicators and on dispute review boards.

Consultants from Systech International as well as Systech Solicitors work together under a single point of responsibility to provide a fully coordinated and seamless service from the outset of a project to its conclusion, avoiding the abortive work that often arises when using multi-party advisors.

Our cost effective performance fee based service is half the cost of that charged by traditional solicitor practices and also benefits from full legal professional privilege (Water Lilly v Mackay).

Legal issues are often complex but we make them as simple as possible by using our in-house visualization expertise to demonstrate the key facts pictorially, aiding communication with the key decision makers and avoiding the confusion that can be caused by language issues.
