Aims of the course:

A picture paints a thousand words. The use and admissibility of multimedia visualisations in dispute resolution.

With advances in electronic technology making multimedia visualisations affordable and the greater acceptance of electronic evidence and communication generally, the use of multimedia visualisations in the construction industry and the dispute resolution process is becoming more prevalent, providing a cost effective way of communicating a mass of information in a matter of minutes.

This event is co-hosted by the Society of Construction Law and Systech International.

Leigh, a construction professional and Director of Systech Visualisation, will be showing examples of visualisations that have been used in the dispute resolution process and explaining how they are created.

Peter Morris - Systech Solicitors

Peter, a solicitor with Systech Solicitors, will be exploring the pro's and con's of the use of visualisations and how to avoid admissibility problems.
