This seminar will be the first in a series of four events we will be holding over the coming months that will cover typical problems and issues which arise during the life of a project.

Topics covered:

    For the first in the series we will be speaking about issues at the front end of a project – when it is essential that the correct decisions are made to ensure that the project gets off to a good start. During the seminar we will look at

    • Letters of intent – what are the dangers?
    • Do I have a contract? The “battle of the forms” and the impact of the new Construction Act
    • How to engage subcontractors and mitigate your risk
    • Programmes – Master Programmes, Accepted Programmes and Clause 14 Programmes explained
