Aims of the course:

Our seminar will explain how the JCT and NEC forms of contract deal with the weather and offer practical guidance on how to pursue entitlements, or defend claims, backed up by legal precedent.

We will also look at how you can protect your contractual position through the issue of notices and explore the legal position if you don’t.
