Aims of the course:
This seminar deals with the imminent changes to the Construction Act which concerns every company entering into construction contracts in the UK. The new legislation is effective from 1 October 2011 and will have an immediate effect on the administration of contracts, particularly with regard to payment.
We will address the key changes brought about by the new legislation and their implications for your business.
