Systech Solicitors is a niche international law practice providing contentious and non-contentious legal services on prestigious global construction, transportation, civil engineering and energy projects. We operate throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific and we are also developing a “best friends” strategic alliance [that will include an exchange programme] with legal practices in North America and Australia to further expand our reach.
Our appointments cover the full lifecycle of a project from initial involvement in the structuring and drafting of contracts, negotiation and risk assessment to claims strategy, dispute resolution and tribunal representation.
We are commercially aware and manage our appointments accordingly - legal advice is given with an understanding of its financial impact and in compliance with local regional jurisdictions.
Demand for our services is high and we are looking to appoint 8 paralegals to support our legal team. You will have achieved your initial legal qualifications and have at least three years experience in the construction and/or energy sector. The roles will be based from London, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore and Yokohama however you will need be mobile and have the flexibility to undertake appointments at locations other than your base as well as on project sites. We operate to tight deadlines and so it will, at times it will be necessary for you to work extended hours as required.
These roles will be challenging and we offer an exciting opportunity to work with a forward looking legal practice whilst gaining major international project experience. Subject to performance we will support your development to become a qualified solicitor through a formal training contract.
